Since forming WaveBender in early 2006, Dedi has served as the prime technical visionary and chief inventor for the patent pending “Dedi Element” and Dedi Array”, the principal technologies in the WaveBender flat panel antenna systems. Prior to forming WaveBender, Dedi spent three years as a principal antenna design engineer at CalAmp, Inc. where he was responsible for the creation of the current DirecTV “Slimline” antenna product line. Dedi also spent eight years in an elite technology development division of the Israeli Military working on the creation of classified antenna and communication technology.

He has numerous patents pending in his name and has a BSEE (Suma Cum Laude) from Technion Israel Haifa and MSEE in physical electronics from TelAviv University.
