Avery brings over thirty years of technology expertise to his leadership role as a board member and CEO of WaveBender. Avery has founded and guided start-ups, managed publicly traded corporations and led mergers, acquisitions and IPOs for over 20 companies during the past 30 years.

As founder and managing partner for Eureka Ventures, a Dallas, Texas-based Mentor Capital company, Avery has taken an active management role with numerous technology companies, including TruLogica Software, Tonic Software, AirWave Wireless, iService.com, PC Service Source, ComputerCity, Intellis and TeKnowlogy Learning Centers. Prior to founding Eureka Ventures, he was Founder and CEO of CompuCom where his strategic direction and vision led the company to become over a $1Billion publicly traded company.

In addition to WaveBender, Avery is currently the executive chairman of the board of Vidyo, Phynomics,  AeroScout and a board member of SolarEdge.
